HOW TO SELL TO US

 

You may sell to us ONCE per day in one of the following ways:

EQUIPMENT

​

You may walk-in anytime before 6pm Monday-Saturday with up to FOUR equipment items and we will inspect and price them as time allows.

CLOTHING & TOYS

​

We take clothing walk-ins Monday through Saturday,

9:00am-1:00pm, subject to availability.

 

Step 1: Walk-in to the store and an associate will add your name to our first-come first-served list. 

 

Step 2: You are limited to ONE 18 gallon bin of clothes and one 18 gallon bin of shoes, toys, etc. Due to time constraints we will not sort more than one bin of clothes.

Step 3: We will sort your items, enter what we want to purchase, and call you to come pick up your passed-on items and to receive payment or store credit. YOU MUST RETURN THE SAME DAY TO PICK UP YOUR PASSES AND APPROVE YOUR PAYOUT. 

 

If you are not satisfied with your payout you may decline it and we will return your items to you, but we ask that you carefully review our buying policy in advance to avoid this as it wastes our time and takes selling spots away from other customers. Any passes not picked up by closing, will be donated to charity.

Monday – Saturday at 3, 4, 5, & 6pm

Sunday at 11, 12, 1, & 2pm

Step 1: Book an appointment using the button below. Appointments become available exactly one week in advance.  For example, the appointment for next Friday at 5:00pm, will become available to book this Friday at exactly 5:00pm. They book very quickly, so be ready a few minutes in advance of the booking time to have the best chance of securing the appointment.

Step 2: Come in on your appointment date and time with your items. 

You will be limited to ONE 18 gallon bin of clothing, and one 18 gallon bin for everything else. Due to time constraints we will not sort more than one bin of clothes.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to process your items.

Step 3: We will sort your items, enter what we want to purchase, and call you to come pick up your passed-on items and receive payment or store credit. YOU MUST RETURN THE SAME DAY TO PICK UP YOUR PASSES AND APPROVE YOUR PAYOUT.

Drop and Gos are accepted

Monday – Saturday before 6pm, subject to availability.

 

Step 1: Come into the store and an associate will put your name on the list.  You are limited to ONE 18 gallon bin for all items you bring in to sell - clothes, shoes, toys, etc.

 

Step 2: We will sort and enter your items, when it is your turn.  ALL items we pass on for this option get directly donated to charity.  If you want ANY of your items back after sorting, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION.​

Step 3: When we are done processing your items, we will call you and advise you of your payout. You do not have to come back to the store the same day. You will have 30 days to cash out your store credit. HOWEVER, any payout balance remaining on your account past 30 days will become permanent store credit.

 

With this option, all donated items go to one of the charities we partner with: Minor Wear Ministries or AMVETS, presently.

NOTE: We are not obligated to purchase ANY of your items. All buys and payouts are made at FGC's discretion and are non-negotiable. DO NOT DO A DROP & GO unless you accept the possibility that ALL of your items may be passed on and you will receive a $0 payout.

If we discover a bug or non laundry odor in your Drop & Go items, as a courtesy we will attempt to contact so you may pick up your items the SAME DAY. We WILL NOT hold these items overnight, and we do not donate items with bugs or odors. If you do not pick your items up that day, we will dispose of them.
